What we do:

The Probus Club of Pelham Walking group is an opportunity for fresh air, mild to moderate exercise, walking at a leisurely pace, talking with each other as we stroll, learning along the way areas of special interest, and enjoying a snack or beverage afterwards.

The main goals are socialization, mild exercise, and the enjoyment of nature. It’s amazing what you notice when walking that you miss when driving; you see things you never noticed before because the pace is slower. We all could use this relaxing way of rejuvenating our minds, bodies, and souls.
